Order of Downward Dog Mystery Books

Tracy Weber's passion for mystery novels began in childhood with Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys adventures, inspiring her to eventually pen her own detective series. Her Downward Dog Mystery books center on yoga instructor Kate and her companion Bella, a German shepherd with special needs.

Originally from Montana, Weber relocated to Seattle for her studies at the University of Washington and made the city her permanent home. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, she initially worked as a research engineer before discovering the field wasn't her calling. Weber then pursued an MBA and found herself at Microsoft. However, by the 2000s, she had transitioned away from the corporate world to become a yoga instructor—a career change that would ultimately inspire her mystery writing.
