Order of CHERUB Books
Robert Muchamore's CHERUB series delivers gripping young adult spy fiction centered around a unique British Security Service division that recruits intelligence operatives under the age of 18. The premise is brilliantly simple: criminals and terrorists drop their guard around children and teenagers, making young agents incredibly effective undercover operatives. These teenage spies must retire before reaching 18, adding urgency to their missions.
The English author launched the series in 2004 with The Recruit, marking both the beginning of CHERUB and Muchamore's debut as a novelist. The original 13-book series ran until 2010, culminating with Shadow Wave and primarily following the adventures of James Adams alongside his sisters and fellow agents.
In 2011, Muchamore expanded the CHERUB universe with a second ongoing series beginning with People's Republic, shifting focus to new protagonist Ryan Sharma. The franchise also includes the Henderson's Boys spin-off series, further enriching this world of teenage espionage.
All CHERUB novels are published in chronological order, making it easy for readers to follow the interconnected storylines and character development throughout both series.
