Order of Brady Coyne Books
Brady Coyne serves as the central character in William G. Tapply's acclaimed mystery/thriller series. This Boston attorney's cases rarely unfold in traditional courtroom settings. Instead, Brady finds himself drawn into complex situations through his legal practice, personal loyalties to friends, or simply his own inquisitive nature. His approach to law is distinctly hands-on, often leading him far beyond typical legal boundaries. Notably, Brady shares a fishing friendship with Doc Adams from Rick Boyer's series.
Tapply launched the Brady Coyne series in 1984 with Death at Charity's Point and brought it to a close in 2010 with Outwitting Trolls, marking the 25th installment. The series also features three collaborative novels where Coyne joins forces with Philip R. Craig's J.W. Jackson character. The complete Brady Coyne collection by William G. Tapply follows below, listed in publication order, which corresponds to the chronological sequence:
Notes: The Marine Corpse appeared under the alternate title A Rodent of Doubt. The Brady Coyne/J.W. Jackson collaborations were co-written with Philip R. Craig.
