Order of Chris Ould Books

British novelist Chris Ould has made his mark with the acclaimed Faroes series of books. His writing journey began in the 1980s when he published his debut novel, but he soon transitioned to television, where he found considerable success as a screenwriter. Ould's television career proved highly rewarding, earning him a BAFTA award for his contributions to the crime drama The Bill and accumulating an impressive portfolio of over eighty hours of scripted television content.

After his successful stint in television, Ould made his return to novel writing by penning two young adult books. He then launched into what would become his signature work: the Faroes series, which kicks off with The Blood Strand.
