Chad Zunker is an American novelist who has captivated readers with his popular David Adams and Sam Callahan series.

A University of Texas graduate with a journalism degree, Zunker once harbored NFL aspirations as a walk-on member of the Longhorns football team. However, a memorable practice encounter with a towering 6'5″, 240-pound senior quickly redirected his ambitions from the gridiron to the written word. Since then, he has dedicated himself to pursuing a full-time writing career.

Zunker currently resides in Austin, Texas, alongside his wife Katie and their children.
