Order of Cath Staincliffe Books

British crime fiction writer Cath Staincliffe is best known for her Sal Kilkenny mystery series. Growing up in Bradford, her childhood ambitions evolved from entomologist to circus performer before settling on acting at age eight. After completing her Drama and Theatre Arts degree at Birmingham University, she relocated to Manchester, where she continues to reside with her family.

Beyond novel writing, Staincliffe contributed her talents to television as a writer for ITV's police drama Blue Murder. She holds the distinction of being a founding member of the Murder Squad, a collective of crime writers hailing from Northern England. When not crafting mysteries, she pursues her passions for reading, hill-walking, gardening and dancing.
