Order of Carol J. Perry Books
Carol J. Perry is an American novelist renowned for her Witch City Mystery series, which launched in 2014 with Caught Dead Handed. Set in the historic and mystical town of Salem, the series features a mysterious feline character called O'Ryan.
Perry's passion for literature began early in childhood, when she would request books from Santa rather than toys. This lifelong love of reading naturally evolved into a desire to write. Her professional writing career included work at Southern Travel Magazine, where a particular assignment sparked the idea for Sand Castle Summer, her debut young adult novel. This initial success opened the door to numerous additional books, and Perry's fascination with the mystery genre eventually led her to create the beloved Witch City Mystery series.
