Order of Carol Goodman Books
Carol Goodman launched her literary career with The Lake of Dead Languages, a debut novel that achieved both bestseller status and critical praise. This successful beginning paved the way for numerous subsequent works that have established her as a notable voice in contemporary fiction.
Her compelling storytelling has earned recognition from prestigious literary organizations, including two nominations for the MPAC award and a nomination for the Simon & Schuster/Mary Higgins Clark Award. Goodman's talent was further validated when she received the Hammett Prize for Literary Excellence in Crime Writing for The Seduction of Water, her sophomore effort.
Beyond her work as Carol Goodman, she also writes fiction under the pseudonym Juliet Dark, having published The Demon Lover under this alternate identity. When not crafting her own stories, Goodman shares her expertise as an instructor of writing and literature at The New School and SUNY New Paltz. She makes her home in New York's Hudson Valley, where she continues to write alongside her family.
