Order of Brittney Morris Books

Brittney Morris made her literary debut in 2019 with SLAY, a powerful novel centered around an online gaming community designed specifically for Black players and the complex dynamics that emerge within it. This gripping and relevant work quickly established Morris as a rising star in young adult literature.

Before turning to writing, Morris pursued a different path entirely, graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and initially setting her sights on a career as a financial analyst. However, her trajectory shifted after college, leading her to the world of storytelling.

When she's not crafting novels, Morris indulges in her love of video games and literature. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband, bringing her unique perspective and experiences to the YA literary landscape.
