Beverly Allen serves as the pen name for American writer Barbara Early, who specializes in crafting cozy mysteries. She's best known for her popular Bridal Bouquet Shop Mysteries series that has captivated readers with its charming blend of romance and intrigue.

Raised in Buffalo, New York's suburban landscape, Beverly developed her passion for reading, writing, and classic films during her formative years. Though she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering, her heart ultimately led her down a different path. She spent several years teaching English and science at the high school level before making the transition to homeschooling, where she successfully guided her daughter through her secondary education.

Beverly's literary career took off in 2011 with the publication of her debut novel, Bloom and Doom. When she's not immersed in creating her next mystery or lost in a good book, Beverly enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, working on various craft projects, tackling home improvement endeavors, and cherishing quality time with her husband and daughter.
