Order of Anne Frasier Books
Anne Frasier serves as the pseudonym for American novelist Theresa Weir, an accomplished writer who spans multiple literary genres. Under the Frasier name, she has penned the Elise Sandburg series, the Land of the Dead series, and the Cool Cats Trilogy. Originally from Burlington, Iowa, Frasier experienced a challenging childhood marked by her parents' early divorce, financial hardship, and frequent relocations throughout the country. Following high school graduation, she took on various blue-collar positions including waitressing, factory work, clerical duties, and bartending. It was during her time behind the bar that she encountered her future spouse and discovered her passion for writing. Frasier gravitates toward developing flawed characters who ultimately triumph despite their imperfections.
Her publishing journey began in 1988 with The Forever Man, initially focusing on romance fiction. However, when publishers consistently requested she remove violent and dark elements from her manuscripts, Frasier transitioned to crime fiction and other genres that allowed her creative freedom. The Anne Frasier persona officially launched in 2002 with the publication of Hush, while she continues to publish romance titles under her birth name, Theresa Weir.
