Order of Alex Gerlis Books

Alex Gerlis is a British author and former journalist who has carved out a successful career writing espionage fiction, particularly known for his acclaimed novels The Berlin Spies and The Swiss Spy. Before turning to full-time writing, Gerlis spent nearly three decades at the BBC, beginning his career as a researcher on a temporary three-month assignment with Panorama and steadily advancing through the organization until he reached the position of Head of Training at the BBC College of Journalism.

A native of Grimsby, Lincolnshire, Gerlis remains loyal to his hometown football team, Grimsby Town. After leaving his broadcasting career behind to pursue his passion for writing, he has achieved considerable success as a novelist. Gerlis currently resides in west London alongside his wife, and is a father to two daughters as well as a grandfather.
