Order of Al Roker Books
Al Roker has built a remarkable career that spans both television meteorology and literary pursuits. While readers know him as an author of mystery novels and non-fiction works, he's achieved widespread recognition as NBC's weather anchor on the "Today" show. His broadcasting journey began in 1974, and through steady career advancement, he eventually caught the attention of David Letterman, who invited him to participate in an elevator race. This exposure led to his role as forecaster for "Weekend Today," and he subsequently became the main weather anchor for the flagship "Today" program, where his responsibilities expanded to include interviews and various other segments. He is married to television journalist Deborah Roberts.
Roker entered the publishing world in 2000 with his non-fiction debut, Don't Make Me Stop This Car!. Nearly a decade later, he ventured into fiction with his first mystery novel, The Morning Show Murders, published in 2009.
