Adam Haslett writes literary fiction and brings an impressive educational background to his craft, having earned degrees from Swarthmore College, completed the prestigious Iowa Writers' Workshop, and graduated from Yale Law School. His expertise extends beyond fiction writing—he has contributed journalism to major publications including The New Yorker, The Atlantic Monthly, The Financial Times, Esquire, New York Magazine, The Guardian, Der Spiegel, and The Nation. Haslett has shared his knowledge as a visiting professor at both the Iowa Writers' Workshop and Columbia University, and currently makes his home in New York City.
